Exercising the hands can help to make them flexible and improve circulation. Exercise your hands daily - like any other part of your body, they need a workout,

Try performing these exercises every day.

  • Hand Gripper. Hold a light hand exerciser or rubber ball in the inside of your hand and squeeze. It will take a while to get the actual orientation exactly right, but it will come. Now simply squeeze and release the exerciser rapidly 20-25 times or until you can't do it anymore. Repeat 2-4 times every day every day, keep using it at least once a day to maintain that strength.

  • fist clench . Clench your fists tightly for a second and then throw open the fingers as wide as possible. Repeat 6-10 times

  • finger power . Place hands in front of you, palm down. Press the fingers tightly against each other and then thrust them apart as widely as possible. Repeat 6-10 times

  • Finger bend & pep. Bend your fingers up and down 15-20 times daily. Pep up the circulation by taking the fingers of one hand in the other and gently pulling each finger

  • Finger Stretch Open your hand as wide as possible, then slowly curl the fingers down into a tight fist. Do this five to ten times, several times each day.

  • wrist rotation Allow the hands to be limp and relaxed. Then rotate them from the wrist in circles, first clockwise and then anticlockwise. Repeat 6-10 times

  • Thumb strength .Just hold the exerciser between your thumb and fingers on the outside part of your hand, then squeeze in and release. Do it until your arm gets tired or until your hand cramps. Repeat 2-3 times a day, keep doing it to maintain that strength.
