Which tints of colors
So if you want to go any color, take a look here first;

  • Beautifully Blond

We know being blond is fun; these pro tips make staying blond easier:

    • First, consider your skin tone.

Olive-skinned? Stick with warm, golden shades. Ruddy (reddish) complexion? Then opt for a mix of a golden blond with a pale blond.

    • High lights

When you want to add highlights to your hair, partial highlights (just the top and front) convey a natural, sun-kissed look. On the other hand full head highlights (includes underneath for when you pull your hair back) give an even, uniform appearance.

    • Root re-growth handling

If your stylist uses foils to highlight, it's inevitable that as your ends grow, they will become a different shade from the new highlights.

A simple way to keep each strand well blended: Ask your stylist to apply lowlights every other visit. Or ask about Baliage which is a freehand painting technique that won't give you the root re-growth line that results from highlighting with foils.

Or you can avoid root re-growth problem all in all if your highlights were only a shade or two lighter than you hair color, so when your new hair grows, there will be no great difference between it and the highlighted hair, it will just look like the sun made the ends lighter than the roots.

  • Simply Red

    • First, consider your skin tone.

Your skin tones will play a big part in choosing the shade of red that you will choose. If you have olive skin tones, go for a cool red, while those with fair skin tones will look better with a red/orange cast to the color

    • Red fades quickly -Problem !

Unfortunately red fades the quickest of all the hair colors. The only thing that you can do is choose a red with a good amount of brown in it as this color seems to hold longer.

Your red perhaps won't be quite as red or vibrant, but it will hold longer. Actually there are lots of colors on the market that combine the two colors .

Since red hair color fades the fastest, comes along with the fabulous, fun shade a fair amount of upkeep. you will need to use a color-extending shampoo between visits.

  • Boldly Brown

If you're a natural brunet who wants to go darker, choose an allover rich brown shade; to go lighter, caramel or honey-colored highlights do the trick best.

If you're covering first grays with a dark hair color, have your stylist add a bit of highlighting at the roots to mask re-growth.
